As you are probably well aware, boo-dae-jji-gae has a triste origin however it is one of my favorite food of all time. Bada-sikdang at Itaewon serves really good boozy but one shouldn't miss Uijeongbu and Dongducheon.

Here is Silbi-sikdang at Uijeongbu, which serves one of the best boozy in the peninsula. That's what people in the know say. Actually this place is well known for its boo-dae-bokkum (stir-frying), not jjigae.
